Refucilo comes from the heart of Mendoza, Argentina: The Uco Valley region. The Andes mountain range, the climate, the soil, and the artful hands of Casa de Uco created a unique Blend, a genuine expression of this terroir.
Fermented and aged in concrete egg for 10 months. Co-fermentation with good acidity and a well balanced mouth-feel. Fruit forward and soft natural tannins present.
