Static clarification by cold.
1 ° Fermentation with selected yeasts between 13º to 16°C. Mild clarification.
2 ° Produced from Pinot Grigio grapes using the "Champenoise" method
We keep in contact with the fine waste for 24 months (sur lies).
Due to the lack of maceration and slow pressing, a faint yellow color is obtained.
It reveals delicious notes of white peach and pineapple.
It is recommended to drink it between 5°C to 7°C.
It is an easy-to-drink sparkling wine, ideal to be used as an aperitif.
